Bush Adds DeLay to SocSecurity Tour

Bad news for the Majority Leader, ye ole vote of confidence. If I were a cynical Democrat, I would think trotting out Tom DeLay is a stroke of genius. How better to scare people into keeping a portion of their own money under personal control than to confront them with Evil Bug Man from the government.
