We'll see how this plays (actually, we probably know already), but the Vatican's instruction, Concerning The Criteria Of Vocational Discernment Regarding Persons With Homosexual Tendencies In View Of Their Admission To Seminaries And Holy Orders, strikes me less as homophobia under thin cover and more as promoting the wacky notion that seminarians have an authentically developed chastity.
